All-New Tom Wood Collision Center Hosts Grand Opening Celebration

The Tom Wood Collision Center held a grand opening event on Tuesday, March 13. The event included a guided tour of the 42,000 square foot facility, corporate partner recognition speeches, a catered dinner, a raffle, and a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by Tom Wood Automotive COO Roger Keller, Director of Fixed Operations Don Frick, and Collision Center Manager Merze Solis. The event drew over 100 attendees.

Congratulations to the Tom Wood Volkswagen Service Department. We were ranked number 6 in the entire United States, out of nearly 600 Volkswagen dealerships. Criteria for receiving the Volkswagen Top Performers award are based on Customer Service surveys and include our Fixed Right the First Time scores and Overall Customer Satisfaction.
